The Song of Achilles Cover Design

A cover illustration for Madeline Miller's beloved YA novel The Song of Achilles. After ideation, I ultimately decided to focus on Achilles and Patroclus as teens. I played with iconography, texture, and shapes to create the final. The text was hand-lettered in order to better fit the overall tone of the design.
