Kai's Big Adventure Spread

This is a spread for my Kai’s Big Adventure series. In this section, Kai notices how he is alone in this new world when he realizes that the animals have their own families/ companions.

I played with a wonky perspective to make the setting feel confusing and overwhelming, mirroring emotions of Kai. I also included deeper and cooler colors compared to the cover to instill that it’s a night scene and make it feel a bit scarier compared to the initial reaction one might have to the cover.
